My role as a consultant is to identify opportunities for growth and to highlight problem areas of the business.
Once I have reviewed and analysed the opportunities and challenges I make recommendations on the business strategy and review current business processes to improve efficiency and increase sales revenue and profitability.
Development and implementation of brand strategies
I have experience in the development and successful implementation of brand strategies across women's wear and children's wear.During my time at Harrods I developed and implemented brand strategies to support business opportunities in both Women's wear and Children's wear divisions. I delivered the new Designer Studio and Designer Collections concepts and also introduced numerous new international brands into the women's wear portfolio in order to meet the changing customer demographic.
